Reporting: Goal

Welcome to  Goals Reports in Flows by Enreach. 

Here you can create and view reports for your Goals, and see how Leads did or did not reach the Goal.

To access Goal Reports, expand the side menu, click  Reporting, then click Goal.

In the navigation page you can see a list of all your existing Goals Reports, including the time they were created and updated

Use the Search bar to search for a Goal, or click + New to create a new Goal Report. 


Creating and Editing a Goal Report

To edit an existing Goal Report, click the cog icon to the right and select Edit. 

Please note that the instructions for creating and editing a Goal Report are the same.

In the Goal Report wizard, enter a name for your Report in the text field. 

Existing Goals can be edited through the drop-down menus, and new Goals can be added by clicking + Add new Goal

Expand the Prio drop-down menu to the left and select a Goal priority. The number given will determine the position of the Goal in the Goal Report. 

Next, expand the Goal drop-down menu and choose a Goal to include in the Goal Report. Remember to also choose a Goal Priority for each new Goal!

To delete a Goal, click the red bin icon to the right. 

Repeat this process as needed for your Goal Report.

Click Save changes when done. 

If you need to edit a Goal Report once it has been created, simply click Edit from the navigation page, and follow the instructions above. 


Goals Reports

To view a Goals Report, click on a Goal in the navigation menu.

Change the Goal Report view with the following filters:

  • Goal Report: If you want to change the view, expand the drop-down menu and choose a different Goal Report from the list. 
  • Filter: Segment: Filter the Leads within the Goal Report by Segment. 
  • Waterfall: Choose between displaying the Goal Report data in a Waterfall or Count model. In Waterfall, Leads will only be displayed in the Goals if they have reached all of the previous Goals in the sequence. This is an excellent method for viewing how Leads progress in the customer journey, and identifying any potential problems where Leads may drop off. In Count, the total number of Leads in the Goal will be displayed, regardless of whether they have reached other Goals. 
  • Date: Use the date picker to choose either a custom or preconfigured date range for your Goals Report. 

Click  Apply to apply the filters and view the Goals Report. 

Your Goals Report will look something like the image below. 

In the first part you can view the progression of Leads as they move through the Goals, with information on which Leads reached the Goal, and which Leads did not.

Below that is a  bar chart that will display how many Leads reach each Goal in the Goal Report. Hover your cursor over each bar to see how many Leads are in that Goal.

To view the details of which Leads reached a specific Goal, click See Leads

The Lead information will be displayed in a pop-up window. 

To edit the Lead view, add or delete Lead field columns in the Filter by box. Click inside the box to select a Lead field from the drop-down menu. 

When you are done, click Show logs to update the Lead view. 

There are several options when working with Leads that have reached the Goal. Check the Lead you want to edit, and the options will be displayed. 

Choose between Open selected, Change Status, Delete selected, Merge selected, Send SMS, Send Email, and Send to Telemarketing. 

Open Selected 

Click Open Selected to be taken to the Lead overview page. Here you can view and edit Lead details.

Change Status

Click Change Status to add the Lead to a LifeCycle, or change the LifeCycle status.

Expand the Select LifeCycle drop-down menu and choose a LifeCycle to add the Lead to. 

Next, expand Select LifeCycle status and choose a status for the Lead.

Click Save changes to update the Lead details.

Delete selected 

If you want to delete a Lead, you will be asked to confirm, as  deleted Leads cannot be recovered.

If you are sure, click  Yes, remove it! 

Merge Selected 

If you want to merge two or more Leads, check the Lead's boxes and click Merge Selected.

  • Merge to: Choose which Lead the Lead data should be merged to. Leads without a name will be displayed as 'undefined,' as in the image below - if you are merging two Leads and want the data to be merged to the first selected Lead, then select the first 'undefined' entry. 
  • Merge data: Choose what Lead data you want to merge. Click inside the text field and choose between Customer Data, Permission, Activity log, Lead Source, Transaction, and LifeCycle
  • Merge Lead option: Tell Flows by Enreach which Lead data in the newly merged Lead should be prioritised - for example, if the Lead has two phone numbers. Choose between Prioritise existing Leads data, and Prioritise merged Leads data

When you are done, Click Merge Leads.

Send SMS

If you want to send an SMS to your Lead, expand the drop-down menu and choose the  SMS template from the list. 

These can be configured in SMS, and the SMS will be populated with the Lead details through the merge fields. 

Click  Send to send the SMS to the Lead.

Send Email

If you want to send an Email to your Lead, expand the drop-down menu and choose the  Email template from the list. 

These can be configured in Email, and the Email will be populated with the Lead details through the merge fields. 

Click  Send to send the Email to the Lead.

Send to Telemarketing 

To send a Lead to a Telemarketing Campaign, expand the drop-down menus and choose which  Agency and which Telemarketing Campaign to send it to.

Telemarketing Agencies and Campaigns can be configured in Telemarketing

Click  Send to send the Lead to the chosen Telemarketing Campaign.
