Leads: Overview
Leads Overview is your lead hub in Flows.
View, search, and edit all your leads, create new ones, and perform time-saving bulk actions.

Navigation Page
To access Lead Overview, expand the Leads drop-down menu, and click Overview.
In the navigation page, you can see a complete overview of all Leads in Flows by Enreach, along with their name, address, Email address, telephone number, and personID.
Filter the Leads by which Segment they belong to, which stage of the Lifecycle they are currently in, and which Leadsource they were uploaded with.
When you have chosen a Segment, Lifecycle, or Leadsource from the drop-down menu, click Search to update the Lead view.
Alternatively, use the Search bar to filter Leads. Expand the Forename drop-down and choose between searching on several Lead data fields, such as name, phone number, and address.
Lead Options
When working with Leads there are several different options to choose from.
Locate the Lead you want to work with and click the cog icon the right of the navigation view.
Choose between Change Lifecycle, Send SMS, Send Email, Send to Telemarketing, Edit, and Delete.
Change Life Cycle
If the status of the Lead has changed, you may want to manually change their place in the Life Cycle.
Expand the drop-down menus and select a Life Cycle and a Life Cycle Status. These can be configured in LifeCycle.
Click Save changes when you are done.
Send SMS
If you want to send an SMS to your Lead, expand the drop-down menu and choose the SMS template from the list.
These can be configured in SMS, and the SMS will be populated with the Lead details through the merge fields.
Click Send to send the SMS to the Lead.
Send Email
If you want to send an Email to your Lead, expand the drop-down menu and choose the Email template from the list.
These can be configured in Email, and the Email will be populated with the Lead details through the merge fields.
Click Send to send the Email to the Lead.
Send to Telemarketing
To send a Lead to a Telemarketing Campaign so it will be called from Outbound by Enreach, expand the drop-down menus and choose which Agency and which Telemarketing Campaign to send it to.
Telemarketing Agencies and Campaigns can be configured in Telemarketing.
Click Send to send the Lead to the chosen Telemarketing Campaign.
Delete
If you want to delete a Lead, you will be asked to confirm, as deleted Leads cannot be recovered.
If you are sure, click Yes delete.
Edit Lead
To edit an existing Lead, find it in the navigation page and double click the Lead.
You will be shown all the Lead Details. For more on this page, head to View Lead Details.
To edit a Lead, expand the Options drop-down menu and choose between Edit profile, Change permission, Blacklist, Change life cycle, Export Details, API incoming log, and Automation progress.
Edit Profile
Enter the new text in the fields you want to change, and switch between the tabs at the top to edit different fields.

Click Save when you've finished making your edits.
Change Permission
To assign new Permissions to the Lead, simply click the boxes, or select Set all Permissions or Remove all Permissions.
Please note that before adding or removing Permissions for a Lead, you must have received consent from the Lead, in accordance to your organisation's policies, and in line with GDPR regulation.
Flows by Enreach only provides the tools to be GDPR compliant, not the process. This is up to your organisation.
You'll be asked to confirm if you want to make the changes. Click Yes, add it! to change Lead Permission.
Blacklist
If your Lead has requested that they would no longer like to be contacted, then you will need to add them to a Blacklist.
Blacklists can be configured in Stoplist.
Click Save to add the Lead to the Blacklist.
Change Life Cycle
If the status of the Lead has changed, you may want to manually change their place in the Life Cycle.
Expand the drop-down menus and choose from Select Life Cycle and Select Life Cycle Status. These can be configured in LifeCycle.
Click Save changes when you are done.
Export Details
To export the Lead details to a PDF, click Export Details.
You will be able to download a PDF of GDPR documentation showing the personal data saved about the Lead, and details on digital consent given by the Lead. This is useful if the Lead has requested, in line with GDPR law, all information stored about them.
Under Select download type, choose between Lead Fields, Permissions, Transaction, Leadsource, and Activities.
Next, under Select data, choose between downloading the Lead details from Only this Lead, All Leads with the same Email, All Leads with the same telephone, and All Leads with both the same email and telephone.
Click Download to download the PDF file to your desktop.
API Incoming Log
Under API Incoming Log, you can view a log of each time the Lead has been used in an API request.
Automation Progress
To view any Automation activities associated with the Lead, select Automation Progress.
These details can be searched, but not edited. Click Close when done.
Download and Update Leads
To either download or update your Leads, first choose a Segment to work within.
Select a Segment from the drop-down menu, then click Search.
Next, expand the Options drop-down menu and choose whether you want to Download the Leads in that Segment, or Update the Leads.
Downloading will download the Leads in a .csv file to your desktop.
To Update Leads, enter how many members of the Segment should be updated. The first Leads will be updated first.
Next, expand the field drop-down menu and choose which data field to update. When you have chosen,
a Field Value text box will appear. Enter the new field value and click Save changes.
View Lead Details
If you want to view all the Lead Data and all Lead activity, double click the Lead to view the Lead Details.
Click the icons at the top of the page to view any activity associated with the Lead.
- The mail icon will show all Emails sent to the Lead.
- The phone icon will show how many times the Lead has been sent to Telemarketing, and all Telemarketing calls placed to the Lead.
- The chat icon will show how many SMS messages have been sent.
- The arrow icon will show how many times the Lead has been sent to an Export List.
View the different Lead details by toggling between the different tabs.
To search for specific activity within a date range, select which activities you want to view from the drop-down menu, and click on the calendar icon to choose a date.
Click Apply when done.
The Lead activities will be displayed below.
To view more detailed information about the activity, click the cog icon.
Create a New Lead
To manually create a new Lead, click the + New button in the right of the navigation page.
In the pop-up wizard, enter all the details of the new Lead.
When you have entered the details of your new Lead, click Save.
