Leads: Stoplist

In Stoplist, create, you can create GDPR compliant stoplists in Flow, and add Leads if they request to not be contacted anymore.

To access the Stoplist, expand the Leads drop-down menu, and click Stoplist

In the navigation page, you can see all existing Stoplists created inside Flows by Enreach, including how many Leads (Records) are listed in the Stoplist. 

Double click on a Stoplist to view which Leads are saved.

Switch between Stoplists by expanding the drop-down menu and choosing between all existing Stoplists


Add and Delete Leads

When inside a Stoplist, you have the possibility to both add and delete Leads.

To delete a Lead from a Stoplist, locate the Lead you want to delete, click the cog icon, and select Delete

If you want to delete a Lead, you will be asked to confirm, as deleted Leads cannot be recovered.

If you are sure, click  Yes delete

To manually add a Lead to the Stoplist, expand the Options drop-down menu and click Add to stop list. 

Expand the Type drop-down menu and select a data field that will identify the Lead in the Stoplist. Choose between Email, Phone, and personID. 

Next , enter the value of the data field in the text box.

For example, select Email from the Type drop-down menu, and enter the Email address of the Lead. Any current or future Lead with this Email address will not be used in any activities in Flows by Enreach.

Please note that Leads added to a Stoplist in Flows by Enreach will not be automatically transferred to a Stoplist in Outbound by Enreach. This can be done via the External API


Create a Stoplist

To create a new Stoplist, click + New in the right of the navigation page. 

Next, expand the Options drop-down menu. 

To create a Stoplist, there are two options: you can either create a Stoplist and then add Leads, or add the Lead and then create the Stoplist where it will go. 

In the following example, we will add a Lead, and then create a new Stoplist where the Lead will go. 

Click Add to Stoplist and expand the Type drop-down menu.

Select a data field that will identify the Lead in the Stoplist. Choose between  EmailPhone, and personID

Next, enter the value of the data field in the text box.

Click Save changes

The Stoplist name pop-up will appear. Enter the name for you Stoplist in the text field.

Click Save changes. Now you have a Stoplist and a Lead in the Stoplist!


Stoplist Options

When working with a Stoplist there are different options to choose from. 

Locate the Stoplist you want to work with and click the cog icon to the right of the navigation view. 

Choose between Add to stop list, Upload file, Download stop list, External API, API truncate password, Edit, and Delete.

Add to Stop list

If you need to add a Lead to the Stoplist, expand the Type drop-down menu and select a data field that will identify the Lead in the Stoplist.

Choose between  EmailPhone, and personID

Next, enter the value of the data field in the text box, and click Add record

Upload File

To upload a . csv file containing the Lead or Leads you want to add to the Stoplist, click That's ok, and select the file from your desktop.

Please note that the .csv should contain either the phone number, email address, or PersonID of the Lead.

There is also the option of downloading a sample zip file containing three .csv files with sample phone numbers, email addresses, or personIDs. Simply add your own Lead data to the file and re-upload them

Download stop list

Select Download Stoplist to download a . csv file of the Lead data.

External API

If you have any API requests, they will be displayed here.

To add a new API request, click + New and add the API details.

Click + Add and enter the details of the request.

When finished, click + Add.

API Truncate Password

If you want to truncate, or wipeout, a Stoplist using an API, add a password that will be required before any action is taken, either intentionally or by mistake. 
When you have created a Truncate password, click Save changes

Edit

To edit the name of the Stoplist, enter the new name in the text field, and click Save changes.

Delete

If you want to delete a Stoplist, you will be asked to confirm, as deleted Stoplists cannot be recovered.

If you are sure, click  Yes delete. 



Automatically push all Leads that enter your Flows Stoplist to your Outbound Do Not Call List.

To begin, click the cog icon and select External API.

In the External API List pop-up window, click New.

You can now enter the following details:

Type: Toggle between TM and Manual to choose your method. Manual will allow you to manually configure the API details, whereas TM will allow you to quickly and easily send Leads to your Outbound Telemarketing system, with no coding experience required!

System: Select your Outbound server from the list. Your Outbound server is a number (01 - 07), and can be found in the URL of your Outbound account. 

Project: Enter the name of the Project in Outbound to which your Leads will be delivered. 

Expires in (days): If you want to set an expiration date that will determine when the Leads can be called again, enter the number of days here. 

When you are done, click Add.

Your API request will now be visible in the pop-up window. Click Save Changes to activate.

Activation is instant, and whenever a new Lead enters your Flows stoplist, it will automatically be delivered to your chosen Do Not Call List in Outbound!
