Administration: Client Settings
Welcome to Client Settings in Flows by Enreach.
Here you can edit client-wide settings, such as default Lead overview columns and unsubscribe settings.
To access Client Settings, click Administration in the side menu.
In the Administration home page, click Client Settings.
In the navigation page you will see all of your Client Settings. The settings are divided between Leads, Email, Permissions, and Verify.
Leads
Under Leads, decide which Lead activities or columns will be displayed as default.
In Lead information, select the top four activities that will be displayed in Lead Overview.
In Lead overview, select which columns are displayed in the navigation page of Lead Overview.
Email Setting
Under Email setting, you can decide what information to collect and track in emails, and set default colours.
Check CsiD, Email, Person ID, UTM, and EmailID to collect these data points when a Lead clicks a link in an email.
In Default UTM, add the UTM of the tracking analytics system you use.
If you want to use a custom DOCTYPE, enter it here.
Next to Email editor, expand the colour drop-down menu and select the colour manually in the colour widget, or enter a HEX code.
Click + Add colour to add the colour to the email editor's default colour picks.
Permission Unsubscribe
Under Permission Unsubscribe, edit an unsubscribe message and generate a URL to use with certain Permissions.
Click Upload File to upload a logo from your desktop to be shown in the unsubscribe message.
Enter a Header message and a Subheader message, and an Error message that will be displayed if the unsubscribe message can't be displayed.
Click Preview permission unsubscribe to generate a preview of the unsubscribe message in a pop-up window.
Click Generate unsubscribe page URL to generate and select a Permission in the text field to generate an unsubscribe URL.
Verify
Under Verify, define how to verify Leads in Flows by Enreach.
Next to Verify Leads on Automation, check Always verify to check that the Lead is still in the Segment it started in. If you don't verify then the Lead will still run in that Segment, but unverified.
Next to Verify LifeCycle setting on Telemarketing page, check show warning to display a warning when sending Leads to Telemarketing, Not allow without setting LifeCycle to only allow Leads to be verified with a LifeCycle setting, or Ignore to ignore the settings. add leads in telemarketing
