Activities: Export List

Navigation Page
To access Export List, expand the Activities drop-down menu, and click Export List.
In the navigation page you can see all of your existing Export Lists.
Use the Search bar to search in your Export Lists, or click + New to create a new one.
Click the cog icon to the right of an Export List to expand the options.
Click Copy to create a copy of the Export List. The Export List wizard is the same as when you create a new one, so head to this part of the guide to learn how.
If you want to delete an Export List, you will be asked to confirm, as deleted Export Lists cannot be recovered.
If you are sure, click Yes delete.
Create a New Export List
To create a new Export List, click + New in the top right of the navigation page.
You will be taken to the Export List wizard. Enter the following information:
- Send to: Enter the email(s) of who should receive the Export List.
- File Name: Enter a file name for the Export List.
- Character Type: Choose between a .csv and TXT character type.
- Line Break Format: Choose between VRLF and CRLF line break format.
- Tags: Add any Tags for the Export List.
- Mergefields: Enter the Lead Fields that should be displayed in the Export List.
Click Save Export List to save your progress.
In the Popup window, select a name for your Popup List, and click Save.
Your Export List can now be found in the navigation page.
Working with Export Lists
When you are working with Export Lists, there are several options to choose from.
In the Export List wizard, click Option and choose between Change Name, Export Now, Copy Export List, and Delete Export List.
Change Name
Under Change Name, enter a new name for your Export List, and click Save.
Export Now
Under Export Now, choose a Segment from the drop-down menu to export the list to, and click Export.
Copy Export List
Click Copy Export List to create a copy of an existing Export List.
Save it as it is, or make any changes, then click Save Export List.
Delete Export List
If you want to delete an Export List, you will be asked to confirm, as deleted Export Lists cannot be recovered.
If you are sure, click Yes, remove it!
Using an Export List in an Automation
To use an Export List in an Automation Flow, expand the Activities menu to the right of page, and drag and drop Export List into the canvas.
Click on the Element to configure the different options. Choose between Export List, Actions, Timing, and Verify.
Export List
Under Export List, expand the Choose Export List drop-down menu and select the correct Export List.
Add any Report Tags that can be used to filter Export List Reports.
Actions
Under Actions, check the Sent checkbox, expand the drop-down menu and select Email. This will send the Export List in an Email.
Timing
Under Timing, configure when the Export List will be sent.
Check Send Email in realtime to send the Export List email immediately.
Click Pool Email to send the Email in bulk to Leads as they reach the Email Element. Enter the number of Leads to receive the Email in the First Run text field, and enter a time (HH:MM) in the At text field.
Click Recurring to automate the action, and enter the desired time frame in the Run every text field.
Verify
Toggle to Verify to check the Leads in the Segment for the correct Permissions to receive an Email.
Expand the Segment drop-down menu and select a Segment.
When you have finished configuring the Export List element, click Save.
