Free text replies in Flows ✍️✍️

Agents can now send personalised, free-text replies directly from the Order Confirmation Agent View, allowing for more tailored communication with leads and fostering stronger, long-term relationships.

Use it for personalised follow-ups, clarifying details, scheduling appointments, enhancing how you communicate with your customers.

👉 Add mergefields to the sender field, building rapport between agent and lead

👉 Enable free text replies with click in Order Confirmation settings

👉 From the Agent view, select Reply with SMS

👉 Enter the free text and click Send SMS

👉 Free text will appear as SMS Reply from Agent in the overview
