Fixes and Improvements

Flows now supports various date formats in Lead fields. All date formats will be accepted by the DateTime Field Type, so you can be sure that your Leads will be accepted, whatever the format.
Using Danish or Swedish vowels? All characters now load correctly!

Features

Leads are now able to use email for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when downloading signed PDF-contracts.
We've updated the Order Confirmation module, making the system automatically finish one confirmation before firing the next, so that LifeCycle status are always accurately set.

Fixes and Improvements

The SMS Report now counts Clicked and Unique Clicked correctly.
Fixed an issue that caused Advanced Duplicate Search in Lead Sources to fail in certain situations.
Fixed an issue where, opening PDF-contracts from Signed List could throw an error if there were deleted merge fields in the PDF.

Fixed an inexpediency in Segments that caused status changes from Telemarketing calls not to register.
Fixed bugs in Leads Overview that caused Telemarketing and SMS details to not show in Lead Information.
Fixed a bug that caused import of a Lead via CSV-file to Lead Sources to fail in some circumstances.
Fixed a bug in Order Confirmation that caused the order of Lead Status changes to show incorrectly due to timing issues.
Fixed issues in Get Leads from Segment endpoint that caused date filters to not work as intended.
We've made Customer Status available in Order Confirmation Agent View.
We've improved the loading time of Lead Source details for a Lead.

Fixed a bug that prevented Email Reports from being saved as PDF files.
Corrected an issue that prevented Leads from viewing email links if they aren't logged into Flows.
Emails now display fully when opened by Leads.
Fixed a bug that prevented Leads being uploaded by FTP.
Improved the LifeCycle feature so Lifecycle changes are counted correctly.
We've increased the number of characters allowed in a field when bulk uploading Leads via SFTP.
We've increased security to support basic authentication in the header of an API call.
We've improved Segment options, so now you can include Leads that aren't in a LifeCycle, but have a status.
Improved the Automation feature and fixed an issue that prevented emails being sent on time when using the Pool Email option.
General fixes to the user interface, and several bug fixes to create a better experience for our users.
