Features

Fixes and Improvements

Improved the speed when sending Leads from Flows to Outbound.
Fixed an issue that sets an incorrect run time on scheduled exports.
Corrected an issue that prevented you from sending an Order Confirmation to an SMS number that has previously signed an Order Confirmation.
We’ve made some improvements to the Email editor, so you can make quick and easy adjustments to your Email Elements.
Fixed a bug in the Automation builder so now you can use the Split Element with multiple conditions.
Improved Lead mapping in Telemarketing so a Campaign with deleted fields will still be mapped.

Features

We have updated the Segmentation module, so that Segments using a LifeCycle status and Change Date are more accurate.
Now you can further customise your Segments, with the addition of a "Not within X Days" criteria.
We've improved the action block "Refresh Lead Data in TM" so that you can use a merge field for the Campaign and a builder to configure the data-field to change.
Use the FTP file upload to automatically upload a list of Leads to a blacklist.

Fixes and Improvements

If a Lead import via FTP fails, you will now have the option to receive an email to alert you of the failure.
Fixed a bug with time delays in Order Confirmations.
Fixed a bug where some Leads were set to expired immediately after an Order Confirmation was started.
We've made some big changes to the PDF Contract editor, to make it much easier to use.
The speed of Leads being sent from Flows to Outbound has greatly improved.
When Leads are deleted from Flows, now all of their Lead data is deleted from the log too.
For some customers, the Google Translate pop-up bar covered the Accept buttons in Order Confirmation. We moved the buttons to the top of the contract so they won't be obscured.
Fixed a bug where older SMS Order Confirmation replies automatically affected new, different Order Confirmations sent to the same number.
