Dashboard: Top Bar
Wherever you are in Flows by Enreach, you will always see the top bar.
Here you can navigate around the application, and carry out essential functions, regardless of what activity you're currently performing.
Create Daily Segment Lead Count notifications, visit our Flows help center, and reset your password.
Let's take a closer look at the options available:
In the top left corner of the application you will see the burger menu (three horizontal lines). Click this to collapse the navigation menu and to work full screen in your current activity.
Hover your mouse over the Enreach logo to expand the menu. Click on the Flows by Enreach logo to return to the Dashboard at any point.
Create a daily email or in-app notification that informs you of the updated Lead Count in your chosen Segment(s).
To begin, click the bell in the top bar.
If you have already created in-app notifications, you can see them here.
Click Settings to create a new notification.
Existing notifications can be edited or deleted from the Notification pop-up.
Click Create new Notification to start.
In the pop-up, enter details of your new notification.
- Name
- Description
- Type: Choose Segment Count as your Type. In the future we will add more, so keep a look out!
- Segment: Select the Segment or Segments you want to create a notification for.
- How to notify: Choose email, in-app notifications, or both.
- Emails to notify: If you have chosen to receive email notifications, enter the email addresses here, separated by a semicolon.
Click Save changes to finish your setup, and being receiving daily Segment count notifications!
Click the question mark icon to visit the Flows by Enreach help center.
Click Get help to get instant answers from our help articles, or click Ask to send a message directly to support.
Click Help articles to be taken to our dedicated help site, where you can find guides on all of Flows by Enreach features.
Click the person icon to edit the User Settings, or Logout of Flows by Enreach.
Under User Setting, enter a new password for your account, or update your phone number.
Click Save changes once done.
