Release Letter - March 2020
FLOWS RELEASE LETTER
We know you haven't heard from us in a while, but rest assured we haven't been slacking on the job. Our team has been steadily working to bring you some stellar new features and much-needed upgrades. We've got a lot to cover so let's get started.
CONVERSION TRACKING
We've made it so much easier to identify if your campaigns are meeting your goals, whether that's generating leads, sales, or newsletter sign-ups.
We want you to get a better overview of your ROI so you can continue to do what works for you and get rid of what doesn't.
EVENT DETAILS IN LEADS
You'll now be able to see in the events section of Lead Details if the email, SMS, telemarketing activity, etc was prompted through automation, from a lead source action or from the frontend.
The source, activity, and campaign name will be listed under lead information. This allows you the ability to detect situations where emails may have been sent 2 times because the first was sent from a lead source, and the second from an automation/segment.
UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS
- Access to saved rows in the Email Editor can now be user restricted
- You can now see errors that occurred during lead import in an error log
- You can now search for a lead using all basic lead data fields and the latest search is saved as the default for the next search
- When copying an email, you will have the option to copy/do not copy the email settings
- It is now possible to control the Lead Source Plugin from the frontend
- The Facebook integration has been updated to match Facebook's API changes
- Telephone numbers from blacklist entries that have spaces between the numbers will be automatically 'fixed' when selecting a segment
- Users can now select to validate data and run plugins when importing to Lead source from files
- An error will now be shown if an API-user doesn't have access to specific campaign rights in Outbound when running a Telemarketing Report
- You can now view a log of API-calls on the leads details page
- Search fields have been added in the SMS reply report
BUG FIXES:
- BUG FIX: Fixed the issue that prevented data from telemarketing campaigns to be shown in the telemarketing report
- BUG FIX: Fixed issue with links failing when found through the search function
- BUG FIX: Fixed issue where UserName was pre-filled in fields by Chrome autofill
We know that was a lot to digest. Since the last Release Letter there have been so many things that we wanted to roll-out, but we wanted to make sure they were as close to perfection as possible.
As always, if you have any questions on how these changes will affect you, please do not hesitate to contact your CX Manager or Customer Support.
