Hello again from the team at HeroBase. We know that times have changed and it's more important than ever that business practices change too. That's why we're back in the office and ready to roll out more ways to help your business navigate this new reality.

Introducing Hero E-Sign

At this time, face to face meetings are nonexistent, but there are still times that warrant collaboration. One of these times is contract negotiations and signing. In order to meet the demand for seamless contract signing, we've added our newest solution...Hero E-Sign.

Hero E-sign is a highly secure electronic signature solution that enables you to create PDF documents, anything from business contracts to donor agreements, and sign them online using signatures from anywhere.

It's a simple, secure, and efficient way to sign documents saving you time and money and allowing you to maintain safe social distance.

Major Upgrades to Order Confirmation Flows

The complex setup of Order Confirmation Flow via SMS or e-mail has been boiled down to a single page for all your configurations needs.When creating new order confirmation settings in the future, you'll be able to customize the following:
  • Lifecycle statuses for each step
  • A lead source to receive leads from Hero Outbound. 
  • Multiple segmentation options that catch new leads and process them according to their lead type
  • Multiple new automations that send email/SMS, handle reminders for confirmed and stopped orders and more
  • Goals for each lifecycle step

It's now easier to make sure your order confirmation notifications get to your customers' inbox after completing a transaction at each and every step of the purchasing process.

UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS

  • We have made a few tweaks and improvements to the new email editor
  • You are now able to reach the same goal multiple times
  • We now offer more options when choosing the file format settings during FTP and frontend imports
  • Inactive campaigns are now hidden in the segment chooser in automations

BUG FIXES:

  • BUG FIX: Fixed the issue where a browser modal error occurred when using the Members Log on a FaceBook Audience list
  • BUG FIX: Fixed the issue where SMS order confirmations were not being sent if they were made outside of the limited sending hours
  • BUG FIX: Fixed various problems with responsive versions of emails made in the email editor
  • BUG FIX: The issue with splitting bulk leads when the volume in the automation is low has been resolved
