NEW FLOWS DESIGN

Flows has gone through one amazing transformation in 2019. We didn't leave one inch untouched when looking for new ways to streamline and modernize our solution. From head to toe, you will find thoughtful design meant to provide you with the best possible UX.

NEW EMAIL EDITOR

With the new Flows design comes a highly anticipated update to one of our most popular features.

We are excited to announce that Flows has a NEW EMAIL EDITOR!!! We've added so many new functions, I don't know which to begin with. As you can see from this release email, there are so many new customization options...even for the design impaired.

You can now:

add filters, crop, resize images within the editor
change background colors
add social media links and emojis
and so much more.

We'll be releasing a video shortly to show you all the great new features you'll have access to.

CONVERSION TRACKING

We've made it so much easier to identify if your campaigns are meeting your goals, whether that's generating leads, sales or newsletter sign-ups.

We want you to get a better overview of your ROI so you can continue to do what works for you and get rid of what doesn't.

LIFECYCLE CHANGE LOG

We've made it possible to log changes made to Life Cycle settings. You'll now be able to see who made the changes, when the changes were made and the before and after values.

UPDATES & IMPROVEMENTS

You can now track SMS expenses in Reporting
We've added Project as a group option when running Outbound reports
When using LifeCycle Change in Automations, you can now change the status of multiple leads simultaneously
It is now possible to move email addresses from one client to another - very useful for those of you with multiple Flows accounts
In Telemarketing it's now possible to move leads from one campaign to another within the same Agency

We're pushing for a strong finish to 2019 and are gearing up to bring you even more exciting new features in 2020.
