| A/B Split Report |
| There's been a design update to the way you can view your A/B split results. We've made it easier for you to gauge the effectiveness of your efforts. |

| New Activity Types |
Update Lead Data in Telemarketing Campaigns
This feature allows you to update the lead status in Hero Outbound while you are in Hero Flows
Move Lead in Hero Outbound
We have made a new activity type that closes the lead in one or several campaigns AND creates the same lead in a different campaign in Hero Outbound |

| Telemarketing Reports |
| We have expanded the Hero Outbound report to include the agent at the group level. This allows you to generate group telemarketing reports on the agent level. |

| Updates & Improvements |
- You now have the option to send SMS and emails on order confirmations on types that are not SMS
- Data Override: Now you have the option to overwrite any data with 'blank' on API-import.
- More improvements to the website pop-up feature
- We added a 'Notes' field on Automation and Segments to help better document your setups
- Users can now set a parameter to be sent to a client-specific plug-in
- The issue of automation stalling when sending to telemarketing campaigns has been resolved
