GDPR Update

Following the recent rulings by the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), HeroBase has received many questions regarding call recordings and asking us for recommendations. 

Let me first thank you all for the trust that you’ve shown us!

To keep it short: when it comes to compliance, including call recordings, we always advise that you solicit a professional legal opinion and then configure your Hero Solutions in accordance with that legal advice.

To support you with your compliance needs, HeroBase has made every effort to acquire the highest certifications possible within compliance and data security. You can read all about our certifications here on our website.

Our dedication to assisting you with your compliance needs can be seen through the many features we have offered within Hero Outbound, which allow you to:

  • Record the agent line only
  • Record on demand only
  • Configure automated deletion of customer data
  • Delete customer data on demand
  • Create different campaigns for leads with or without consent

You are then able to implement the advice you received from your legal counsel and configure Hero Outbound to your specific needs. If you have any questions on these features, please contact your CX Manager.
