Release Letter: Customized reporting, pop-ups and new automation reports
We've been working on a number of new features that will be introduced to you this month. Take a look below to see what's coming your way.
The days of standard reports are over
It's now possible to create customized reports in Flows based on your telemarketing efforts done in Hero Outbound. Choose your own KPIs and data grouping to generate tailor-made reports to gauge the success of your campaigns.
Below is an example of the metrics our colleague Anders uses to gauge his world domination campaign....fortunately he's not doing too well.
Website pop-ups are now available
We're bringing you a great new feature where you can create tailor-made pop-ups for your website that generate leads which will then be collected in Flows. This makes organizing and contacting website leads even easier. Simply create a form and have your leads populated into Flows with a click of a button.
As you can see below, we've even created our own pop-up. Keeping in touch made easy.
Get more from automation overview
You can now produce reports to see what stage in the automation process a lead is in, whether it is in queue, started or completed. With this new feature, you'll be able to have a more detailed overview while also allowing you the opportunity to move leads to other stages in the process.
Fixes & Improvements
As always we strive to improve our product as much as possible. Please see some of our smaller, but just as important updates below.
- A search bar has been added to the Telemarketing overview so you are now able to search for specific telemarketing campaigns.
- We've improved the notification that shows you have successfully sent leads to a telemarketing campaign.
- When agents create leads in Hero Outbound, these can now be auto-imported to Hero Flows using any lead source you select.
- Now you are able to add and remove permissions on multiple leads at the same time
- The issue where Chrome pre-filled values in certain fields have been resolved
