Release Letter - March 2019

Hero Flows Release letter March 2019

General

Even though we are still scraping morning frost from our windscreens, we are making our first spring release of Hero Flows! Although we are longing for some higher temperatures, the features of this release are pretty cool. Check out the details below

Multi Factor Authentication

Information security is one of our main focus areas these days. We want you to know that your data is safe and provide you with the tools to make your internal handling of the information as secure as possible. One of these tools the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) where you will be asked to confirm your identity in 2 ways before you are allowed to manage sensitive areas of the Hero Flows.Step 1 is your username and passwordIn step 2 we send a PIN-code via SMS to the mobile phone number that you have provided in your user settings. You simply enter this code to gain access to all areas of Hero Flows.

You activate the MFA for your user simply by adding a phone number in your user settings:C:\Users\micke\AppData\Local\Temp\SNAGHTML5aa81d5.PNG

Areas that are currently protected by the MFA are:

  • Switching between Clients
  • Access to the menu “Administration

Disable or delete TM agencies (HF-174, 175)

You are now able to deactivate TM agencies that are no longer needed in Hero Flows. The list will show only active agencies as default but you can, at any time, select to display also deactivated agencies. You can also delete an agency but, if there are no campaigns added to it.[Screenshot]

Change data in Outbound from Flows (HF-149)

As you know, you can change the status of a lead in Hero Outbound from Hero Flows. Now you can also change the status text like changing “Success” to “Sale”, for example.

Multiple subscribers to stop list (HF-156)

With this change you are able to push changes to a Stop list to several API’s instead of just one. This will be very useful in cases where you want to block a phone number in your outbound system as well as your CRM, for example.

Mixed segments

With this feature you can now mix several segments when running an Automation. You could for example address top 100 from GOLD segment, top 200 from SILVER segment and 1000 from BRONZE segment.

Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed issue where Closure and SubClosure was not updated in some situations
  • Fixed issue when creating new Agency
  • Fixed issue where splitting groups in Automation could accidently be set to “0”
  • Fixed issue where a stalled FTP-import would be locked indefinitely
  • Fixed issue where campaign mapping fails in TM
